DepEd XII has recently visited some schools in the region to check on the early enrollment and monitor the general operations of the school. It included the Virginia F. Grino National High School as part of their monitoring visits.
According to OIC-Chief Administrative Officer Russel Farnazo, who led the team, they found VFGNHS already very ready for school opening next school year.
VFGNHS showcased several initiatives highlighting their readiness. A key highlight was the school's streamlined administrative services facilitated by the VFGNHS e-RePort (Repository Portal). This innovative system demonstrates the school's commitment to efficiency and modernization.
In addition, VFGNHS presented its 89.1 FM radio station, a huge component of their curriculum support. The radio station provides radio-based instruction, offering an alternative and accessible learning modality for students.
School Principal Cesar Q. Antolin also expressed his thanks to the monitoring team for coming and assessing in a positive way. He made emphasis on continuous improvement in terms of providing quality education in the school.
The monitoring team was headed by OIC-CAO Farnazo , who were joined by EPS Dave C. Prodigo and EPS Raffy Herrera in the assessment of the school's operations. Their presence highlighted the importance of this assessment at the regional level.
Overall, the assessment of VFGNHS' preparedness for the new school year was overwhelmingly positive, which reflected the dedication of the school to providing quality education to its students.
