In accordance with Memorandum No. 006, s. 2026 issued by the University President, and due to the current high heat index, Sultan Kudarat State University will implement a Blended Learning Modality, utilizing both online and in-person methods as deemed appropriate based on instructional needs and prevailing conditions.

Faculty, staff, and students are likewise permitted to wear civilian attire, provided that clothing remains appropriate, decent, and comfortable.

All offices and academic departments are directed to implement necessary preventive and protective measures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the SKSU community. Activities may be adjusted, postponed, or transitioned to alternative formats as conditions require.

This advisory shall remain in effect until further notice or until conditions improve.

The College of Health Sciences Student Organization and Philippine Nursing Studentsโ€™ Association volunteers took part in the ASEAN 2026 Community Engagement and Public Service Fair held yesterday, August 20, 2026, at SKSU-ACCESS.

Our student volunteers assisted in providing free medical services by helping with vital signs, supporting the healthcare team, and assisting with PhilHealth services throughout the activity. Through their time, skills, and dedication, they helped extend accessible health services and assistance to students, faculty members, non-teaching personnel, and the entire SKSU community.

The CHS Student Organization successfully conducted its first general meeting, bringing officers together to discuss important matters that will shape the organizationโ€™s direction and strengthen its commitment to serving the College of Health Sciences.

The meeting covered officersโ€™ roles and responsibilities, new appointments, proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws, membership concerns, uniform guidelines, cleanliness monitoring, and preparations for the upcoming Buwan ng Wika celebration.
