Please be informed that the interview schedule under the SKSU Tertiary Placement Test (TPT) 2026 shall be conducted according to your standard scores, so make sure to check your assigned schedule of interview and release of updated ranking. You will be interviewed under your first priority program/program of choice at the respective campus where you intend to enroll. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟬𝟬𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬𝗡𝗡 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭:𝟬𝟬𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬𝗣𝗠. Please wear a decent attire. If you were not able to secure a slot in a previous ranking, an online "TRANSFER" button is enabled at 6:00PM to 5:00AM for you to fill out and for you to be ranked under your second, third, or fourth priority programs to secure a slot, subject to the cut-off score and absorptive capacity of the academic program concerned. The Laboratory High School Department is pleased to announce the official room assignments and examination schedule for qualified examinees for Academic Year 2026–2027. The entrance examination for incoming Grade 7 students will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, while the examination for incoming Grade 11 students will take place on Sunday, January 25, 2026. For incoming Grade 11 examinees, the assembly site will be at the University Gymnasium, while incoming Grade 7 examinees will assemble in front of the Laboratory High School Building. A short orientation and briefing will be conducted by the University prior to the examination. Examinees are required to be inside the school premises before 6:00 AM. The examination will officially begin at 7:00 AM.
Examinees must bring the following:
a. Pre-registration form with the official receipt of the testing fee
b. School ID or any valid ID
c. Pencils with erasers (Mongol No. 2); bringing extras is highly recommended
d. One (1) black pen
e. Snacks and beverages
Examinees must wear proper casual attire. Sando, shorts, short skirts, and sleeveless clothing are not allowed.
The examination duration is approximately three (3) hours. Examinees must strictly follow their assigned rooms. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

The Sultan Kudarat State University – College of Medicine will officially start accepting applications for college admission on January 12, 2026.

📅 Application Period:
• Opening: January 12, 2026
• Deadline: June 12, 2026

Qualified and aspiring medical students are encouraged to prepare and submit their complete application requirements within the stated period.

The examination will be on January 24 for incoming grade 7 and January 25 for incoming grade 11. Below are steps to follow in the application process:
1. Submit the following documents:
o A recommendation letter from the previous school signed principal or guidance counselor/guidance designate
o Current report card for the First and Second Grading Periods (if available)
o For incoming Grade 7: report card from Grade 5
o For incoming Grade 11: report card from Grade 9
2. Upon submission, the Office of the Guidance Facilitator will evaluate the applicant’s qualifications. Applicants must have GPA of 90 and above and no grade below 85 in all subjects in the final grading period.
3. Applicants who are qualified must:
o Accomplish the Application Form
o Pay the admission fee at the University Cashier’s Office
4. Submit the completed Application Form together with the official receipt to the Registrar’s Office.
5. Wait for the announcement of the room assignment and scheduled examination time.
