WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY

World Teachers’ Day on October 5th, honors teachers, & teacher organizations making vital contributions to the education and development of our future leaders in the Philippines.

Leyte School Of Professionals established in 2002 by Former Commission on Audit Chairman Francisco S. Tantuico, Jr. from 1976-1986. Located in Calanipawan Road, Sagkahan District, Tacloban city, Philippines. City Astrodome was alongside the LSP with its beautiful ambience to unwind with the presence of unpolluted air along the seashore.

The school offered with its fundamental education in BS Public Administration, BS Accountancy, and BS Commerce. The school was known for its scholarship grantee with its basic discount and ethical conduct to perform academically.

In 2010, Accountancy and Commerce had been demolished due to the loss number of enrollees. Public Administration was brought into focus. Numbers of Civil Service Licensure Examination exist with its passers from LSP.

When typhoon Yolanda in 2013 came into place and destroyed every piece of the school structure. The President of LSP decided to close it down after Yolanda hit the whole Region Eight (8).

𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒂𝒏".

It is celebrated in the Philippines every month of September due to Presidential Proclamation No. 675, which was issued to instill consciousness and understanding of the importance of peace in the Filipino people.
