📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: Main Campus Qualifiers (S.Y. 2026–2027)

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻!

Incoming freshmen are encouraged to join temporary group chats organized per college and program ahead of the start of the academic year.

These group chats serve as official communication spaces where students can connect with their fellow classmates, share relevant information, and stay updated on announcements, reminders, and other academic matters.

Access to the respective school and program group chats is available through the links provided in the comment section. Students are advised to join their designated groups for proper coordination and updates.

Schedule of Enrollment for Midyear Term (Summer) AY 2025-2026
June 9, 2026 to July 3, 2026: Enrollment Period
July 4, 2026: Start of Classes

Enrollment shall be done ON-SITE at the school/college where the student’s program is offered.
REMINDER: New Student Applicants are encouraged to complete the required documents and pass the admission test before you can proceed with the enrollment.

FOR CONTINUING/RETURNEE STUDENTS:
IMPORTANT: Remember to pay all of your Back-Accounts from previous semesters before proceeding with enrollment. The EVSU electronic schools' management system (ESMS) does not allow the confirmation of pre-registration requests from students with existing balance.

All qualified incoming freshmen (Batch 2) of EVSU main campus are required to attend the Free Higher Education RA 10931 orientation with their parents on the following dates:

• June 10, 2026
8:00 AM: School of Engineering
1:00 PM: School of Technology | and School of Arts & Sciences
• June 11, 2026
8:00 AM: School of Education
1:00 PM: School of Accountancy, Management, and Entrepreneurship | School of Architecture and Allied Disciplines

This orientation is intended for students who received an email confirming that they have qualified/passed as incoming freshmen for the Main Campus, as well as qualified incoming freshmen who were unable to attend the previous Free Higher Education (FHE) Orientation.

Please prepare the following:

• Your Student ID Number (e.g., 2026-00000) You may view your Student ID Number once your admission has been confirmed through the Admission Portal.
