HIC Supreme Secondary Learner Government

Holy Infant College of Tacloban City, Inc. (HICInc.) student leaders from the College Supreme Student Council (CSSC) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) participated in the Institutional Leadership Training 2026, which took place on July 25 at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

The all-day program, which brought together officers from the Basic Education and College Departments, included activities and talks about leadership led by resource speaker Mrs. Noemi Agner. Enhancing the participants' leadership abilities, teamwork, and dedication to serving the student body were the main goals of the training.

Through the initiative, HICInc. continues to foster student leaders who are prepared to lead with responsibility, competence, and a strong spirit of service.

𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | Third and Fourth Day of Classes

The opening week continued as Misericordians took part in Duyog Palaro, explored new opportunities during the Club Orientation, organized their respective clubs, and elected officers who will help lead their organizations throughout the school year.

The following day began with the Holy Spirit Mass, followed by the Blessing of Classrooms, entrusting the school year to God's guidance. The celebration concluded with the vibrant Pasundayag 2026: Student and Teacher Showdown, where students and teachers shared the stage in a celebration of talent, creativity, and school spirit.

More than a series of events, the opening week reflected a community brought together by faith, participation, and shared experiences—setting the tone for the school year ahead.

The Holy Infant College of Tacloban City, Inc. has officially opened its doors for the new academic year. The first day of classes began with a morning prayer and opening ceremony, followed by the campus tour accompanied by the school band—bringing together students, faculty members, and staff in welcoming another year of learning and growth.

As classes officially commence, may this academic year be filled with knowledge, achievement, and success for every student.
