ONE EASTERN VISAYAS T-shirt Design Contest Mechanics.
1. The contest is open to ALL artists and aspiring artists in Eastern Visayas.

2. Submission of entries – JULY 20, 2018- AUGUST 20, 2018
Last day of submission – AUGUST 20, 2018

3. Participants may SUBMIT ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY. He/she should choose a province here in Eastern Visayas to represent. (Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Samar, Eastern Samar and Northern Samar)

4. Entries should be in DIGITIZED format (at least 600 dpi with a file extension of .jpg).
a) The raw file of the digital artwork should be drawn/ illustrated in A4 size using Adobe Photoshop. Submit the file in the following formats: 1) Flat jpeg format, minimum 300 pixels 2) Original raw file. Filename is your name and artwork title. Example: juandelacruz_logo.jpeg, juandelacruz_logo.tiff.
b) A brief description or rationale (not more than 500 words) explaining the components of the design should also be included in the entry.

5. The design should be in accordance with the theme One Eastern Visayas. The AN WARAY logo should be incorporated in the design.

6. By entering the competition, the participants declare that the design submitted is their original work, have not been submitted to any other competition, and does not infringe on any third party’s existing copyrights. Any complaints that may arise due to similarities, likeness or comparison of the design would be the accountability of the participant as he/she would be responsible to prove its authenticity.

7. The shirt design contest shall be judged according to the following criteria:
Concept/Relevance - 40%
Originality - 30%
Creativity - 30%

8. The winning design will be used for an exhibit.

9. The winning entries will be announced on September 1, 2018. The decision of the panel of judges is final.

10. 3 winning entries will be chosen per province. 18 winning designs will be chosen all in all.

Cash Prize:
1st place – P10,000
2nd place – P 5, 000
3rd place – P 3,000
Most loved design on Facebook – P 10,000
Most liked design in the exhibit – P 10,000

11. The winner shall be informed through email or telephone call.

12. All entries submitted as entry for the contest shall be considered as property of the An Waray Party-list, and maybe used by the organization. Likewise, submitted entries will be featured in the organizations activities such as but not limited to publications, advertisements, exhibits and other printed or digital media.

13. The An Waray Party-list shall also have exclusive rights to the winning design; publish it on its websites, and in other media materials such as letterheads and envelopes. The organization reserves the right to further refine or make improvements and alterations on the final artwork of the winning entry.

14. Members of the An Waray Party-list board of directors, staff and their relatives up to 3rd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this contest.
