Meet ๐๐ง. ๐๐ค๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐, a remarkable TESDA scholar who proved that when determination meets opportunity, true success follows.
Once an out-of-school youth, Rojeyโs life took a dramatic turn when he joined the Isuzu Heart and Smile Project at the TESDA Auto Mechanic Training Centre. Through unwavering dedication, he graduated as Class Valedictorian in 2011.
This achievement paved the way for his career. He secured employment as a mechanic and service advisor at Isuzu, eventually bringing his skills abroad, where he worked for over two years. โ๏ธ๐ต๐ญ
When he returned to the Philippines, the pandemic hit. But instead of giving up, Rojey showed true Pinoy diskarte. Armed with his expertise and tools he accumulated bit by bit, he began offering home-service vehicle repairs.

Fast forward to today, Rojey is the proud owner of his own auto service shop, employing 12 skilled workersโtwo of whom are fellow scholars from the same TESDA-Isuzu program!
Having received his training through a full scholarship, he makes it a point to pay it forward by mentoring his staff at no cost. Furthermore, he remains an active industry partner of TESDA in the automotive sector.
