SUSPENSION OF TRANSACTIONS

Please be informed that the EVSU Multipurpose Cooperative (EVSU-MPC) office will be closed for transactions tomorrow, Friday, January 16, 2026.

Our team will be conducting a Staff Meeting and Strategic Planning session to better streamline our operations and improve our services for all cooperators.

The EVSU Multi-Purpose Cooperative (EVSU-MPC) is now processing refunds for the Graduation Pictorial services (OneFiine Studios).

We have received the list of 51 recipients from the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO).

💸 REFUND AMOUNT: PHP 250.00

HOW TO CLAIM:

OPTION A: Walk-in (Full Refund) 📍 Visit the EVSU-MPC Office during business hours to claim the full PHP 250.00 cash.

OPTION B: GCash Transfer (For those outside Tacloban City) 📱 Fill out the Google Form below to request an online transfer. ⚠️ Note: A service fee of PHP 10.00 will be deducted for the transfer. You will receive PHP 240.00.

📢 GOOD NEWS: Calamity & Yuletide Loan Windows Now Open!

To our valued members, the Board of Directors has approved the opening of two loan windows to assist with your needs this season. Please be guided by the following details and schedules:

🌧️ CALAMITY LOAN WINDOW

Amount: ₱20,000.00
Terms: Payable in 2 years (1% monthly interest)

Amortization Schedule:
Apply Nov 24–28, 2025 ➡️ First deduction: January 2026
Apply in December 2025 ➡️ First deduction: February 2026

🎄 YULETIDE LOAN WINDOW

Amount: ₱10,000.00
Terms: Payable in 1 year
Availability: Open from November 24 until December 22, 2025.

🗓️ IMPORTANT HOLIDAY REMINDERS: Please process your transactions early!

December 22, 2025: The office will be closed for transactions due to Year-End Inventory.

We advise everyone to complete loan applications prior to the start of the December holidays to avoid delays.

The EVSU-MPC Education Committee informs all current applicants and those intending to apply for membership that a mandatory Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) will be conducted.

Attendance to this seminar is a strict requirement for the processing and approval of your membership application.

The seminar will cover essential topics including:
✅ Overview of the Cooperative and its organizational structure ✅ Membership rights, duties, and responsibilities
✅ Products, services, and benefits offered
✅ Policies, guidelines, and financial obligations
✅ Cooperative principles and ethical practices

Reminders for all attendees:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time for registration.

Prepare any questions you may have regarding membership, services, or policies.

As part of our yearly Cooperative Month celebration, Tacloban cooperatives, including the EVSU Multipurpose Cooperative, joined the tree planting initiative organized by the City Cooperatives Development and Livelihood Assistance Office (CCLAO).

We successfully planted more or less 700 seedlings of Cinnamon Tree and Philippine Rosewood (Tuog) at the Tacloban Agricultural Crop Resources Hub in Brgy. 101, New Kawayan. This is our third year undertaking this green initiative, and we're proud to follow up on last year's delegation's 97% seedling survival rate!
