Our students recently embarked on their Japanese Cuisine journey under the guidance of Chef Carlo, where they explored the techniques, flavors, and artistry of traditional Japanese cooking.
As part of their hands-on training, they successfully prepared:
🍤 Showa-Style Tempura
🍚 Pork Katsudon
🍣 Sushi
Through this culinary experience, our aspiring chefs developed essential skills in preparation, presentation, and authentic Japanese cooking techniques. We are proud of their dedication, teamwork, and passion for learning.

Last Sunday’s Cake Lesson was a sweet success! 🎂✨
It was wonderful to see the kids enjoying every moment of our cake-making lesson. Their smiles, excitement, and creativity made the activity even more special. Not only did they learn new baking skills, but they also had fun decorating and expressing their talents.
Seeing them learn, laugh, and create together was truly rewarding. Great job, kids! We look forward to more fun and exciting lessons ahead. ❤️🍰👩🍳👨🍳

As we conclude our Basic Culinary Class on different types of appetizers, we are proud to witness the incredible creativity and skills demonstrated by our students. Their beautifully prepared dishes reflect not only what they have learned but also the passion and talent that are beginning to shine.

CIEP Culinary Students – Batch 7
Today, our Batch 7 students began their lesson on Basic Canapés and Sandwiches, an essential foundation in culinary arts. Before moving on to more advanced and exciting cooking techniques, it is important for every student to master the fundamentals.
This lesson is designed to teach not only food preparation skills but also the proper standards, discipline, and professionalism required in a culinary kitchen. Our students learn the dos and don’ts, including food safety, hygiene, kitchen organization, proper handling of ingredients, and presentation techniques.
A strong culinary career starts with a solid foundation. By mastering the basics, our students are better prepared to excel in the more challenging and creative aspects of the culinary industry. We are proud to see Batch 7 taking their first steps toward becoming skilled and responsible culinary professionals.
