Salvacion Elementary School is located along the national road of Barangay 104, Salvacion Tacloban City. It is situated uphill few meters away from the community’s chapel. The school was named in honor of the barangay’s patron saint “Nuestra Senora de Salvacion”. It came into existence sometime in 1963 in a school site of 4.5910 hectares.

The highlight of the event was not only for Sports itself but also Health related. The school is honored with the presence of Nurse Rizza Puyat Deliva,she discusses the importance of Deworming.

Today, we gather with hearts full of gratitude and pride to honor a truly iconic teacher whose legacy will forever remain in this school and in the lives of every student she has touched. In the presence of our respected barangay official Hon. Jennefe Sampaga Sampaga, beloved colleagues and School Principal Sir Ed Zanoria , and generations of former students -Ms. Ma Winona Asid and Glaissa Villalino , GPTA officers Janice Asadon and Janet Sabela , we celebrate not just a retirement, but a lifetime of dedication, compassion, and excellence.
