Edward Yu Chua was a man who believed that the true measure of a life was found in the foundations one laid for others. A visionary, a mentor, and a steadfast pillar of his community, Edward completed his final design on April 26, 2026, leaving behind a world made infinitely brighter by his labor and his love.

Edward was, at his core, a builder. He possessed the rare ability to see a finished masterpiece where others saw only raw materials. He lived by the conviction that a dream without action was a hollow wish; he was a man of relentless ex*****on who met every challenge with quiet, unwavering determination. Whether in his professional pursuits or personal projects, he labored with a precision and drive that proved his belief: that through hard work, any vision could be brought to life.

Beyond his formal titles, Edward was defined by a boundless, quiet generosity. His commitment to community service was a cornerstone of his life; he moved through the world with an open hand, seeking out ways to lift others up. He was a man of radical kindness who didn't wait to be asked for help—he anticipated the needs of those around him. Whether he was supporting local civic initiatives or providing private aid to a neighbor in distress, Edward’s charity was never for show. As an active leader and member of the Craft, Edward walked the "Level" and the "Square," treating every individual he encountered with profound dignity. He carried the integrity of the brotherhood into every aspect of his life, standing as a testament to the power of living one’s values out loud.

The impact of Edward’s life reached far through his career as an educator. To his students, he was far more than a teacher; he was a compass. He held a sacred belief in "true potential," possessing a gift for recognizing the hidden spark in every young mind. He dedicated his life to guiding students toward their best selves, ensuring that his influence would ripple through generations of thinkers and leaders.

Above all his public service, Edward’s heart belonged to his family. He was the guardian of his wife, the reliable strength for his siblings, and a hero to his children and grandchildren. Though the tools have been laid down and the blueprints are complete, the structure Edward built—made of love, education, and brotherhood—will stand forever. While he will be deeply missed, his light remains with us, reflected in the virtues he practiced and the lives he transformed.
