The Leyte Colleges – College of Law proudly congratulates Heideeliza Sablayan-Salcedo on the successful completion of her Juris Doctor degree.

This achievement marks the culmination of years of discipline, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to the study of law. Through the demands and challenges of legal education, Heidee has demonstrated the resilience, diligence, and dedication expected of those who aspire to serve the legal profession with competence and integrity.

Beyond her academic journey, she has also contributed meaningfully to the student body through her service as:

Leyte Colleges-College of Law Associate Dean, Atty. Gil Anthony Aquino, was invited to attend the National Symposium on the West Philippine Sea and Law of the Sea held on March 30-31, 2026 at Marco Polo Hotel, Ortigas.

The symposium brought together Law of the Sea experts, legal educators and lawyers, and other stakeholders with the aim of developing a national consensus on the Philippine position in the West Philippine Sea.
