Buckle up as we proudly kick off IP Month with the theme: “National Intellectual Property Month: Ready, Set, Innovate!”

This April, Eastern Visayas State University rolls out a series of activities designed to promote innovation, protect ideas, and inspire creativity across the EVSU community and its stakeholders.

In celebration of IP Month, the University, through the Innovation Office, presents a lineup of engaging and meaningful activities centered on innovation and creativity.

The celebration officially began on April 7, 2026, and will run until April 28, 2026.

Together, we shape a future where ideas are valued and innovation thrives.

Eastern Visayas State University implements a 4-day on-site work schedule (Monday–Thursday) and Work-from-Home on Fridays, effective March 9, 2026, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 and in support of national energy conservation efforts.

In line with this, the Compressed Work Week will also take effect to ensure continuous delivery of services and productivity within the adjusted schedule.

Classes will remain face-to-face from Monday to Thursday, while Friday classes will be conducted asynchronously or online, except for courses requiring hands-on laboratory activities.

Please be guided accordingly.

As we make these institutional adjustments in response to the ongoing global geopolitical tensions, we humbly ask the entire EVSU family to take a moment with us to pray for peace. May compassion and understanding guide our global leaders to resolve conflicts, and may stability, safety, and healing be swiftly restored to our world.
