For new enrollees, these are the requirements for admission:

• ORIGINAL FORM 138

• Good Moral Character Certificate

• Original Certificate of Live Birth (PSA or NSO)

• 2x2 ID Photos (2 copies with a white background)

• Long Brown Envelope

For transferees, these are the requirements for admission:

• Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal Certificate

• Good Moral Character Certificate

• Original PSA or NSO Certificate of Live Birth

• ID Photos 2x2 (2 copies, white background)

• Long Brown Envelope

As Day 1 unfolded at CHTM Days, our third and fourth-year students in Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism Management immersed themselves in a specialized career orientation. Tailored to empower graduating students with essential insights and skills for their professional journey, the day was a pivotal moment in their academic careers.

Welcoming Mr. Mark Anthony Simbajon as the distinguished guest speaker added an extra layer of inspiration. His expertise provided students with a firsthand glimpse into the intricacies and opportunities of the industry. Day 1 marked the beginning of a transformative experience for our future culinary, hospitality and tourism leaders, leaving them well-prepared for the next steps in their careers.
