The LC Law Clinic, in partnership with Brgy. 14, Tacloban City, and in collaboration with Police Station 2 -Abucay thru PCpl April Rose Baldon (WCPD), Women and Children Shelter represented by their Head, Ms. Carmela Bastes, RSW, had a successful developmental and legal aid advocacy seminar on 'Violence against Women and Children: A Discussion on RA 9262', last August 14, 2021.

Together, let us make our community !

The LC-College of Law, in line with its Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP), has organized a developmental and legal aid advocacy to raise awareness on “Violence Against Women and Children: A Discussion on RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004)“.

Thus, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between Leyte Colleges (LC)-College of Law and Barangay 14, Justice Romualdez, Tacloban City, represented by barangay captain Hon. Elmer Lee, as partners for this seminar to be held on the 14th of August in the said barangay.
