Visayas State University Tolosa launches the Relief Operation Drive. This is our immediate response to the ongoing relief operations brought by the onslaught of Tropical Storm Agaton in Baybay City, Abuyog, Albuera and other nearby towns. Many have suffered, lost their homes, property, and even their loved ones.

We are now accepting cash donations via GCash and PayMaya. Just send them through:

LOOK: Another automatic alcohol dispenser was installed by the VSU Tolosa Faculty Association (VSUTFA), which is stationed at the biometrics area in the Old Administration Bldg.

This is part of the VSUTFA's initiative in helping the administration's efforts to keep the employees of the Campus safe from COVID-19.

For those with no VSU ID yet, you can file an appointment for a limited transaction starting October 25, 2021. Just select ”Temporary School ID”; this is free of charge if it is your first copy. Also, please bring a 2x2 ID picture (with white background) upon transaction.

CELEBRATION: The Visayas State University Tolosa Faculty Association is one with the world in celebrating this year’s World Teacher’s Day.

An online kainan was spearheaded today by the Association. In this short program, free lunch were distributed to all faculty members of the campus. Meanwhile, this year’s Outstanding Teacher awardee, Prof. Teresita C. Jocson, shared her inspirational talk which focused on the determination of a teacher to surpass and succeed in all of her undertakings.

Also, prizes were enjoyed by the faculty members after having a raffle draw where sacks of rice, dozens of eggs, and food packages were given. As token, personalized mugs were also distributed to all VSUTFA members.

The members of the association showed honor and respect to the retirees of the campus by giving plaques of appreciation and a special token.

LOOK: Today, members of the Visayas State University Tolosa Faculty Association (VSUTFA) gathered virtually for its annual General Assembly where accomplishments and plans of the officers were shared to the body.

After a productive meeting, let us all look forward to another year of success through our full cooperation and support. Cheers!

In response to the increasing COVID-19 cases, the Visayas State University Tolosa Faculty Association installed three (3) automatic alcohol dispensers located at the biometric stations and canteen area of the campus. With this project, hand sanitation, which is an important health etiquette in combatting COVID-19 will be strictly observed by all employees.

With the recent cases of COVID 19 in the university, the Visayas State University Tolosa Faculty Association (VSUTFA) distributed alcohol (with alcohol bottle) to all VSU employees.

The budget for this initiative was taken from the association's collection in the past few months.

Aside from this, the association will also be distributing Vitamin C tablets and will be putting up automatic alcohol dispensers in each biometrics station.
