PRESSURE DISTORTS DECISIONS**

One of the dangers I see in the OFW journey is not only pressure.

It is pressure that has been normalized.

A request comes in, and it feels urgent.
A money need appears, and it feels like proof of love.
A delayed reply happens, and it feels like rejection.
A repeated pattern continues, and it feels too familiar to challenge.

This is how pressure distorts decisions.

It does not always arrive as crisis.

Sometimes, it arrives as another yes.
Another remittance adjustment.
Another avoided conversation.
Another boundary postponed.
Another emotional cost quietly accepted.

I wrote **GROUNDLINE for OFWs™** because pressure must not be allowed to become the decision-maker.

Before the next answer, the first work is to read the ground.

What is true?
What is assumed?
What is repeating?
What must be protected?
What line must now be drawn?

Before pressure speaks for you, return to ground.
