📣 ADVISORY | Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application Opening
Visayas State University (VSU) Tolosa is pleased to announce the formal opening of applications for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for Academic Year 2025–2026, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 305, series of 2025.

This subsidy provides financial assistance to eligible students.

📌 Key Application Details
- Who Must Apply: Continuing students who are not yet identified as TES grantees.

- First-year students are automatically considered and do not need to submit an application.

- Students who have already submitted their application forms prior to this formal opening—as accepted by the Scholarship Office—do not need to resubmit.

- Students with existing scholarships are automatically disqualified.
