📢 TRAFFIC ADVISORY: 2026 Bar Exams 🚦

Expect traffic changes near RTRMF, Calanipawan Road on Sept 6, 9, & 13!

Key rules:
🚫 No parking on restricted areas (Examinee parking available)
↩️ No U-turns in front of the venue
🚏 Use assigned loading/unloading zones only
🛑 ROAD CLOSURE: Calanipawan Rd is closed to regular traffic on the afternoon of Sept 13 (Emergency & hospital access only).

Please plan your trips ahead and follow traffic officers. Good luck to all examinees! ⚖️✨

𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥

In preparation for the Bar Examinations, please be informed that the DVOREFI campus will be off-limits to all students, faculty, personnel, staff, and canteen/food stall concessionaires on the following dates:

📅 September 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, and 13, 2026

Access to the campus, including its offices, facilities, and dormitory, shall be strictly restricted to Bar examinees and duly authorized personnel during these dates.

💻 CLASSES DURING THE BAR EXAMINATION PERIOD

To minimize disruption to our students’ teaching and learning activities, classes shall be conducted online on the dates when campus access is restricted.

Face-to-face classes may be conducted on September 7, 10, and 11, 2026, subject to the applicable campus access restrictions.

Please note that Buildings 5, 6, and 7, as well as the 3rd Floor of Building 4, shall remain restricted even on September 7, 10, and 11.

📢 The Office of the Chairperson, Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, announces that there will be no road closure along Calanipawan Road during the Bar Examination on September 6, 9, and 13. However, U-turns will be prohibited.

Please be informed of the change in the Midterm Examination Schedule for the Regular Program:

📌 REGULAR PROGRAM
Original Schedule: September 14–22, 2026
New Schedule: October 5–11, 2026

Regular classes for the Regular Program shall continue as scheduled on September 14–22, 2026. Students are expected to attend their regular classes during this period.

📌 EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
The Midterm Examination Schedule for the Executive Program remains unchanged:

• October 3, 2026
• October 4, 2026
• October 10, 2026
• October 11, 2026

Please be guided accordingly and take note of the revised schedule.
