The Committee on Graduation Pictorial and Documentation, through the Student Affairs and Services Office and the Senior Class Officers of 2026, officially invites interested bidders to submit their proposals for the pictorial and/or coverage for the graduation of EVSU Main Campus on June 18 & 19, 2026.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒

1. Bidders must possess professional experience, high-quality equipment, and committed team to ensure excellent delivery of services. He/she is also willing to cover any administrative costs/fee that will be incurred in the process/services.

2. Submit detailed quotation/proposals in a sealed brown envelope on or before February 27 2026, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, to the Student Affairs and Services Office only. Submission must include bidder’s portfolio which includes list of equipment and manpower and sample printed photos (2x2 and wallet size) for reference of quality and materials.

3. The review of submitted bids and the voting process will be conducted on March 2, 2026.

4. The finalization of the agreement will take place on March 6, 2026, after which a formal contract shall be executed with the chosen supplier.
