Prepare for an evening of elegance, mystery, and celebration as we gather to commemorate our achievements, friendships, and unforgettable undergraduate journey. Don your finest attire and mask as we celebrate this milestone together before embarking on the next chapter of our lives.

The winning Batch Name and Logo proposal was submitted by Janssen Mae S. Mariano from the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS).

Derived from the Latin word meaning "to elevate" or "to raise up," ELEVARE embodies the aspirations, growth, perseverance, and achievements of Batch 2026 as we prepare to take our next steps beyond the university and into our respective professions.

The Senior Class Organization extends its heartfelt gratitude to all students who submitted their creative and meaningful entries. Congratulations to the proponent and to the entire Graduating Class of 2026 as we proudly carry the name ELEVARE and the legacy it represents.

The Senior Class Officers (SCO) of Eastern Visayas State University – Main Campus hereby announce the Official Schedule per Program for the Graduation Pictorial for the 104th Commencement Exercises.

The detailed schedule is attached in the pubmats for your reference and guidance. All graduating students are advised to strictly follow their assigned date and time.

The pictorial sessions will be conducted on April 20–24, 2026 and April 27–May 1, 2026.

Location: Science Building – Rooms 127, 128, 129, and 130

This will be on a first come, first served basis. However, the assigned schedule per program must still be respected and strictly followed.

I. GRADUATION PICTORIAL INCLUSIONS:
• One (1) pose in Academic Gown and Hood (with and without cap)
– 1 (8R with frame)
– 2 wallet-size printouts (for Yearbook)

• One (1) pose in Filipiniana/Alampay or Barong Tagalog
– 1 (5R printout)
– Soft copy
– Color: Cream
– Attire will be provided (optional to bring your own)
• One (1) Creative or Barkada (group) shot
– 2 wallet-size printouts

II. GRADUATION CEREMONY INCLUSIONS:
• One (1) photo receiving the diploma
– 1 (4R printout) + soft copy
• One (1) photo with diploma and University Mace
– 1 (4R printout) + soft copy

• Full photo documentation of the graduation proceedings
– (Diploma distribution, pictorials, and key moments)
• Five (5) minute video highlights per batch
