𝘼 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨.

Yesterday, September 26, 2026 marks a significant milestone as we officially hold our Turnover Ceremony. We honor and celebrate the incredible achievements of our outgoing leadership team, whose dedication has laid a strong foundation for our future. Reflecting on this transition, our outgoing President shared, "𝙈𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣."

As we pass the torch of leadership to our incoming officers, we step forward with renewed vision, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence. Embracing the future, our newly Elected President reminded us that “𝘼 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙪𝙨; 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧."

𝕭efore we turn the page and officially end our term as officers, we wanted to take a moment to look back at the people behind the positions, the smiles, the challenges, the late nights, the teamwork, the misunderstandings, and all the memories we created along the way.

As Environmental Science students, we came together with one goal: 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦, 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, not only in our organization but also in the environment and the community we are part of.

Of course, it wasn’t always smooth. There were times when we had different opinions, misunderstandings, and moments when things didn’t go as planned. But through all of that, we learned to understand each other, communicate, compromise, and keep moving forward together. After all, we were never perfect—we were simply a group of students trying our best to make things work.

This term may be coming to an end, but the experiences, friendships, lessons, and even the challenges we faced will always be part of our journey. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿.

What an exciting and joyful day after the opening of classes! We thank 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘, 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔, and 𝗜𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 for this fun collaboration with 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦 to hold this event for students to have fun while adjusting for the school year.
