The 𝐓𝐳𝐮 𝐂𝐡𝐢 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 is pleased to announce that the application for the 𝑻𝒛𝒖 𝑪𝒉𝒊 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 for Academic Year 2026-2027 has been 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃!

This program supports students in continuing their education while nurturing both the mind and the heart. Beyond financial assistance, it offers an opportunity to cultivate compassion, responsibility, and service.

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍!!

| All CHED scholars (𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬) are encouraged to participate in the CHED Scholars Graduate Tracer Survey as requested by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office VIII.

The tracer survey aims to gather relevant data on the employment status, career pathways, further studies, and professional experiences of CHED scholar-graduates. Specifically, the survey seeks to determine the alignment and matching of graduates’ acquired competencies and skills with current labor market demands and employment opportunities. The results of the survey shall provide valuable inputs in assessing the effectiveness and relevance of scholarship programs, improving policy directions, and strengthening the linkage between higher education and workforce requirements.

CHED SCHOLAR GRADUATES TRACER This form is used to monitor and record the graduation details of CHED scholars. The information collected will help track the completion of scholars’ academic programs and support CHED in evaluating the outcomes and impact of its scholarship programs.

All TES and TDP grantees who have successfully opened and activated their 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 are advised to maintain a 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 ₱𝟏.𝟎𝟎. Accounts with a zero balance may be subject to closure by the bank.

𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋!!!

All concerned TES and TDP grantees whose names appear below are requested to comply with the following instructions:

• Grantees whose status is still **"𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝"** (meaning their application is still 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰) and who have not yet received their LANDBANK account number are advised to visit their respective 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞.

• Grantees whose status/remarks remains "Application Received" but who have already opened, activated, or can access their LANDBANK account are required to submit their LANDBANK account number to the Scholarship Office.

• Grantees who do not yet have a LANDBANK ATM account are also advised to open a LANDBANK PISO Plus Account immediately.

• Once you have your account number, please submit a copy to the Scholarship Office and upload a clear screenshot or photo through the attached Google Form link.

**𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫:**
Please maintain a minimum balance of ₱𝟏.𝟎𝟎 in your PISO LANDBANK account. Accounts with a zero balance may be subject to closure by the bank.
