After reviewing nearly 3,000 applications and almost 400 individuals on the waitlist, we are pleased to announce the successful applicants who have qualified for the BS Hospitality Management program.

Please check the official and final class sectioning, which includes the waitlist qualifiers for the 1st Semester of the A.Y. 2025-2026.

June 25 - July 08, 2025 - Enrollment of Freshmen Qualifiers

July 15 - 18, 2025 - Enrollment of Approved Waitlist Applicants

July 21 - August 9, 2025 - Enrollment of Continuing Students without Midyear Classes

August 4 - August 16, 2025 - Enrollment of Continuing Students with Midyear Classes

August 18, 2025 - Start of Academic Year 2025-2026

LOOK: EVSUnista Grasel Cabello, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) student, was named Miss Pintados 2025 1st Runner-Up during the grand coronation night held at the Leyte Convention Complex in Palo, Leyte, Friday, June 20.

Representing the Municipality of Barugo, Cabello also bagged special titles, including Most Popular Candidate and Best in Festival Costume.

No stranger to the pageant stage, Grasel was previously Ms. College of Technology (COT) 2022, represented COT in Mr. and Ms. EVSU 2022 where she finished as 4th Runner-Up, and was crowned Ms. Barugo 2023, taking home multiple special and minor awards.

𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒: 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐎𝐍? 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒!

As the waitlist application is now officially open (since June 19, 2025), some of you might be encountering issues with the "Waitlist Button" not appearing in your Admission Portal. Here are the common reasons why this might be happening:

1. 𝐍𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞. This could be due to incomplete documents or an unverified email during your initial application process.

2. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦. Please remember that only those who took the University Entrance Examination (UEE) are eligible for waitlist application.

3. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝. This can happen if you were disqualified or failed to follow instructions during the Entrance Exam.
