QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Filipino citizen
2. Graduate of a Senior High school in the Philippines with a minimum GWA of 85% or its equivalent;
3. For second- to fourth-year college students, a minimum GWA of 80% or its equivalent; and
4. Combined annual gross income of parents or legal guardians should not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00).

The application for the Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and their Family for AY 2025-2026 is now open.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Graduating high school student/high school graduate with a general weighted average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent or college student with earned academic units relevant to the degree programs identified by PCA with GWA of 85% or 2.0 the previous semester or its equivalent.
3. Pass the entry level requirements of identified State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
4. For qualified applicants with privately funded scholarship grant covering only tuition fees, he/she must pass the entry level requirement of the private higher education institution (HEI).
5. Duly registered coconut farmer in the NCFRS or his/her dependent.
6. Must have a combined annual gross income of parents not exceeding ₱300,000.00.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Graduating high school student / senior high school graduate with a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 93% or its equivalent.
3. Combined annual gross income of parents/guardians must not exceed P500,000.00.
4. Must enroll in a recognized priority programs of Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) or State Universities and Colleges / Local Universities and Colleges issued with Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC)

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certified true copy of Birth Certificate or certified true copy of PSA Live Birth
2. Certified true copy of Grade 12 report card or Form 138
3. Proof of income (any of the following):
a. Latest Income Tax Return of parents or guardians issued by BIR
b. Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR
c. Case Study Report from DSWD
d. Latest copy of contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and seafarers
