The activity proper got started as students rotated through corridors and testing skills for different fields, discovering new strengths as they went.

With compassion, the PFC clubs of ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ณ๐บ๐ป๐๐ and ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ collabed in a meaningful partnership to extend help to the students of Mangali, Tanudan who were deeply affected by the Super typhoon Uwan. The Super Typhoon left several provinces in Luzon, with dozens of young learners facing the loss of their belongings.
Members of both clubs with their Club Adviser ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ง, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ค๐๐ซ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ and ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ mobilized a donation, gathering items such as school materials and food packs. Both PFC clubs worked tirelessly to sort, organize and repack the donations.
It is a reminder for the childrens of Mangali that their dreams remains important despite the hardship that they faced. The collaboration also strengthened the partnership between two clubs.
With this collaboration, both PFC clubs proved that even in the aftereffect of a storm, the kindness within us can rise stronger, bringing comfort to those in need

The Career Development and Support Program that focused on Career Guidance was successfully conducted on ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 6,2025, at St. Theresita's School of Tabuk, Inc., as a means to guide students in making decisions about their career path. The event was designed to empower learners through mastery and practical application of skills and knowledge as its theme, "๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐๐จ"
The program started at 1:45 PM with the checking of attendance to ensure all participants were present and accounted for. The formal program began at 2:00 PM with an opening prayer led by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฌ, PFC Member, followed by the Filipinism presentation given by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐จ, PFC Member, which gave a cultural and motivational touch to the event.
Opening Remarks were given by ๐๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ, who warmly welcomed all and reminded everyone of the importance of career planning and personal development.

It was more than a place; it was acceptance and safety.

It was intramurals week at STS-tabuk and the athletes and students needed a boost, so we launched "๐ท๐ญ๐ช'๐ ๐ป๐จ๐ด๐ฉ๐จ๐๐จ๐ต ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ถ๐ป๐ฏ".

We offered ice-cold buko juice, classic street food like kikiam and fishballs, and popcorn. Our stall became a hit, a place for athletes and students to keep energized and connected to the game.
It wasn't always easy , we faced hungry crowds and supply challenges. But we learned fast, and "PFCโs TAMBAYAN BOOTH" became a memorable part of the intramural day.More than just food, we created a spot for community. We help and keep the fun, one bite and sip at a time.

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness and Nutrition Month, the school held a dynamic and meaningful event on July 31, 2025, with the theme "๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐
". The program aimed to promote emotional well-being and proper nutrition while providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents and engage in advocacy through various fun and educational activities.
The event began with ๐ด๐. ๐ฑ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ as the Master of Ceremony, ensuring the smooth flow of the program with enthusiasm and professionalism. The opening was solemn and reflective, with the Doxology led by the Mass Club, followed by a Filipinism segment by ๐ด๐. ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐. ๐ด๐๐. ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ. ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ gave the Opening Remarks, highlighting the importance of balanced mental and physical health, especially in the context of students' growth and academic journey. She encouraged everyone to take the day's lessons to heart and apply them in their daily lives.
Several intermission performances added vibrancy and inspiration to the event, The PFC Club gives a intermission by gongs and salip to start the program, following was the Grade 7 who presented a healthy and energetic exercise, Grade 8 presented a Sport Memetic Dance that combined movement and health awareness, followed by the Grade 9 delivering a meaningful Speech Choir,
Grade 10 got the crowd moving with an energizing Zumba Dance, while the Grade 11 gave the audience a chill to their Speech Choir performance, and Grade 12 performed a colorful Folk and Festival Dance, celebrating the joy of the program.
A vital part of the celebration was the Talk on ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐-๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (SEL)delivered by ๐ด๐. ๐จ๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐๐-PFC Adviser. His talk provided students with practical insights on emotional intelligence, empathy, stress management, and the value of healthy social relationships in academic and personal settings.
To end the program's main highlights, students participated in the Nutri Cook Fest, which featured creative and healthy dishes under two categories: ๐ฃ๐พ๐๐๐พ๐๐๐ and ๐ฌ๐บ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐พ๐. The cook fest emphasized the importance of nutritious meals in supporting both mental and physical health.
After the formal program, students and faculty members joined in a Clean-Up Drive around the school campus and nearby surroundings, promoting environmental responsibility as part of holistic wellness. This activity encouraged the value of cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork.
