🏫✨ COMMUNITY IN ACTION: 2026 District Brigada Eskwela Kick- Off at Pablo Wangdali ES! ✨🏫

PABLO WANGDALI ES — Undeterred by the summer heat, stakeholders, volunteers, and education officials from the Eastern Tabuk District 2 converged at Pablo Wangdali Elementary School today, June 1, 2026, to officially launch the 2026 District Brigada Eskwela Kick-off.
The annual school maintenance program brought together a diverse group of community members, including the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA), alumni, religious sectors, barangay officials, teachers, Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners, school heads, and district Brigada coordinators.
The event was graced by key education leaders, including Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) Karen W. Tabanganay, Special Needs Education (SNED) Division Focal Cresencia Naoy, and School Nurse Shirly Sarmiento, who emphasized the importance of community collaboration in fostering a safe and healthy learning environment.
A major highlight of the day’s activities was the arrival of Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Madam Ginadine L. Balagso. Leading by example, Madam Balagso braved the intense midday heat to actively participate in the cleanup drive,give inspiring message, and personally distribute school supplies to the delighted pupils of Pablo Wangdali ES.
With the district kick-off successfully completed, the various schools of ETD2 are now geared up to continue their localized brigada activities, ensuring that classrooms are fully prepared to welcome learners back for the upcoming school year.

Thank you to everyone who poured out their time, sweat, and resources today. Because of you, our schools are not just getting cleaner, they are becoming safer havens for learning.

March 12,2026- New Balbalan Elementary School successfully conducted First quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) at 3:00pm. Learners and teachers participated actively. The drill raise awareness, enhance preparedness and ensure safety of everyone in the school during earthquake events.
