To ensure the continuous processing of your TES or TDP-TES grant, please report any changes in your academic status to the KSU-UniFAST Office 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

✅ Currently enrolled at KSU under the same program – No action required.
✅ Shifted Program – Inform the office and provide the reason for shifting.
✅ Transferred to another school – Submit a Certificate of Enrollment from your current school.
✅ Not currently enrolled – Submit a copy of your approved Leave of Absence (LOA).

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
Students who are currently receiving any scholarship, grant, or other educational assistance are advised to inform the office first and temporarily refrain from submitting the requirements until further instructions are provided.

Submission of the required documents within the prescribed period ensures your chance to receive the assistance. 💰 𝗧𝗘𝗦-𝟯𝗕 is a one-time subsidy that reimburses eligible expenses related to obtaining your first professional licensure examination, with a maximum reimbursement of ₱𝟴,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬.

1. Receipt of PRC Application Fee
2. Original Receipt of Review Expenses
3. Photocopy of Notice of Admission from PRC
4. Photocopy of Landbank Account
5. Notarized Letter of Intent (to be provided by the KSU-UniFAST Office upon submission of the first four requirements)

⏳ TES-3B claims may be availed within two (2) years from the date of graduation and are subject to the availability of funds.
