โ๏ธ Are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student of Kalinga State University;
โ๏ธ Are not a beneficiary of any nationally funded scholarship or grant;
โ๏ธHave not earned a previous undergraduate degree; and
โ๏ธ Have not exceeded the five (5)-year Maximum Residency Rule (MRR) in a State University or College (SUC).

In accordance with the TES Guidelines, all KSU undergraduate students who meet the above qualifications will be included as TES applicants, regardless of whether they accomplish this profiling form.
However, submitting this form will help the KSU-UniFAST Office verify and complete your records through cross-checking with the KSU Management Information System (MIS), thereby facilitating the preparation and validation of your TES application details.

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) is a grant-in-aid program under Republic Act No. 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act) that provides financial assistance to qualified students enrolled in eligible higher education institutions, subject to the availability of funds. Qualified applicants are evaluated and prioritized in accordance with the TES Guidelines, including applicable prioritization mechanisms such as the latest available DSWD Listahanan database and other criteria prescribed by UniFAST.
