PEOPMPC Reaches New Bangad ES!π
The 1st day of August brought blessings to New Bangad ES in the person of an alumni, Sir Jessryl L. Orya. In his initiative to bring support to the school, he coordinated with the Provincial Engineering Office Personnel Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PEOPMPC).
The PEOPMPC team which was led by Ma'am Leticia Lugao-Angngad provided assistance to the school by distributing school supplies to the Kinder-Grade 6 learners. They also provided additional materials for the Brigada Plus of the school.
Ma'am Angngad assured the school of more reach-out programs this SY.

πJUST IN: MEN IN GREEN @ NEW BANGADβοΈ
The school is blessed to have a surprise visit today from the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) spearheaded by Sir Ramonchito A. Soriano- CID Chief. Along with him are Sir Nicasio Sumarita (EPS- EsP/ GMRC & MG Focal), Sir Feliciano Agsaoay Jr. (EPS-Filipino) and Sir Federico Flores Jr. (EPS-MAPEH).
The team monitored the implementation of the multigrade program such as:
1. Utilization of the Interfaced MATATAG & K-12 Curriculum Budget of Work for MG Schools
2. Preparation of Lesson Exemplars aligned with the MATATAG Curriculum
3. Multigrade Class Program
4. Instructional Materials
5. Enrollment for SY 2024-2025
They also provided technical assistance to teachers about issues and challenges they encountered in the implementation of the multigrade program in the school and provided updates on the upcoming L&Ds this year.
The team assured the school of their support for a more effective implementation of the multigrade program by conducting instructional supervision to teachers for SY 2024-2025.
These remarkable steps of the Division Office will pave way for a better teaching and learning delivery.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Team from the Division Office led by Ma'am Joan Mendoza-Ranjo, PSDS together with Ma'am Frances Gacuya, Education Program Specialist II monitored the conduct of the 2024 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela.
The M&E team provided technical assistance to teachers on the preparation of contextualized multigrade DLL and Class Program, utilization of the new MG Budget of Work, (MATATAG Curriculum Interfaced with the K-12 Curriculum), instructional materials and Unpacking the Curriculum. They also validated the school's Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Report.
These significant strides of the Division Office help address the emerging needs of learners to ensure an effective and efficient learning delivery for SY 2024-2025.

Tara na at Maki-Brigada Eskwela!β¨
The school conducted the 2024 Brigada Eskwela with the theme, "Bayanihan para sa MATATAG na Paaralan on July 22-27, 2024.
The activity aims to prepare the school for the opening of classes on July 29, 2024. Sir Geraldo L. Baligod (School Principal), Ma'am Joan Grace B. Agpad (Grade 4-6 adviser) and Mr. Romeo Dangi (PTA President) led the volunteers in cleaning the school grounds, preparation of the classrooms and construction of the Principal's Office.

In order to determine if Grade 6 learners are meeting the learning standards in the elementary curriculum, the National Achievement Test (NAT) Grade 6 was administered today through random sampling.
NAT is an exit assessment under the national assessment framework of the K-12 Basic Education Program. It covers the 21st Century Skills (Problem-Solving, Information Literacy, and Critical
Thinking) using learning areas in English, Mathematics, Science, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan.
Ma'am Irene Jean M. Lagang, teacher of Agbannawag Central School administered the said test while Sir Geraldo L. Baligod, School Principal supervised the conduct of the test.
The activity was monitored by Ma'am Joan M. Ranjo, PSDS- ETD 3.

The resume of classes today for the 3rd Quarter was graced by the presence of our partner in reading, Ma'am Gilda Camtugan-Maducdoc of the Give and Restore Hope Children's Charity (GRHCC).
Being one of their beneficiaries in reading for SY 2023-2024, she gave gifts to all the K-6 learners and tokens to teachers. She also gave tokens to the best readers of the school.
In her message, she inspired the learners to read more in order to learn more and be competent in their own rights. She also emphasized the importance of reading among them saying, "Today a Reader, Tomorrow a Leader."
Based upon her overall assessment, she ensured the school that the GRHCC will continue its support to the School's Reading Program.

In the continuous pursuit of excellence in providing quality professional development programs for teachers and school leaders the Cluster Schools of Malalao ES and New Bangad ES conducted In Service Training for Teachers (INSET) and Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) on January 24-26 and January 29-30, 2024 at Malalao Elementary School.
The activity is aligned with the letter G- Give Support to Teachers to Teach Better of . It was attended by the teachers of both schools spearheaded by School Principal Geraldo L. Baligod.
The first 3 days focused on the effective and efficient implementation of the following programs/ activities:

The Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) was conducted during the last 2 days. It was led by the instructional leaders Sir Geraldo L. Baligod, SP 1 and Ma'am Jacqueline R. Yaeng, MT 2. They evaluated the progress attained in the implementation of the different PAPs of both schools and reviewed the performance of teachers with a view to addressing concerns and needs through cooperative effort.
Public Schools District Supervisor, Ma'am Joan Ranjo together with Education Program Specialist II, Ma'am Frances Gacuya monitored the conduct of the activity. They also provided technical assistance to teachers and school head for better implementation of school PAPs and for better learning delivery.

The YES-O and SPG Officers of New Bangad ES participated in the KALINISAN (Kalinga at Inisyatiba para sa Malinis na Bayan) Program of Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) on January 6, 2024.
The activity aims to maintain and provide a healthy and safe environment for all by capacitating local government units and enabling community participation anchored on the tradition of "bayanihan".
