CY 2026 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) | 2๐ป๐ฑ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ
Preparedness saves lives!
Today, our learners, teachers, school personnel, and parents actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) for the Second Quarter. Through practicing the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure and orderly evacuation, we strengthened our readiness and response capabilities in the event of an earthquake.
The successful conduct of this activity was made possible through the leadership and support of GRACE B. ASSAYCO, School Head, and the dedicated efforts of MILA M. MAIYAO, School DRRM Coordinator, together with the School DRRM Team. Their commitment ensured that all safety measures and emergency protocols were properly implemented and observed.
This activity highlights our commitment to fostering a culture of safety, resilience, and disaster preparedness within the school community. Let us continue to stay informed, prepared, and vigilant to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.
Together, we build a safer and more resilient school environment.

Deped tayo Ipil Integrated School successfully conducted a dry run for the upcoming Regional Achievement Test (RAT) to ensure readiness of both learners and the ICT facilities prior to the scheduled assessment.
The activity aimed to familiarize the learners with the testing platform, verify the functionality of devices, and assess the stability of the internet connection within the testing area.
During the activity, Grade 6 learners were guided by their class adviser, Ms. Mila M. Maiyao and the ICT Coordinator, Rica Tongdo Wingnga in accessing the testing platform, logging in to the system, and navigating the interface.
The dry run also allowed the technical team to check the performance of the newly installed internet connection and ensure that all computers and devices were functioning properly with sufficient bandwidth requirement (Download) and 65 Mbps (Upload) https://speedtest.ph/result
The activity served as an opportunity to identify possible technical concerns and address them before the actual administration of the test. It also helped orient the learners on the proper procedures during the assessment to ensure a smooth and organized testing process.
Overall, the dry run was successful and demonstrated the schoolโs preparedness in providing a reliable and conducive testing environment for the learners in preparation for the Regional Achievement Test (RAT) on March 9-13, 2026.
