Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 246, s. 2024—disseminated through DM No. 190, s. 2024—and consistent with DepEd Order No. 55, s. 2016 on the national assessment of student learning, Callagan Elementary School administered the Regional Achievement Test online on March 9, 2026. All enrolled learners participated under supervised conditions, following the prescribed technical and security protocols for online test administration.

The activity served to monitor learner performance in key learning areas, inform instructional planning, and support the department’s accountability measures. School records note orderly implementation and full participation, with results to be used for curriculum and intervention planning in line with DepEd assessment policies.

In compliance with OUPS Memorandum No. 04-08938, “Reiteration of the Schedule for the conduct of CY 2026 Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED),” Callagan Elementary School successfully held the first-quarter NSED on March 12, 2026. All learners and teaching staff participated in the drill, performing the prescribed “duck-cover-hold” procedures, evacuation routes, and assembly-area accounting.

The activity reinforced school-wide preparedness, highlighted the importance of rapid and orderly response, and provided an opportunity to evaluate exit routes, communication signals, and students’ awareness of hazards.

Observations noted strong engagement and generally orderly movement, with recommendations to refine signage at stairways and conduct a brief refresher for younger pupils on drop-cover-hold techniques. The school considers the drill an effective step toward maintaining a culture of safety and readiness in line with DepEd directives.
