Sa pangunguna ng pamunuan ng TCNHS sa ilalim ni Ginoong Joselito B. Cabello, Principal at Ginoong Raymar M. Galinggan, Assistant Principal, sabay-sabay na nanumpa ang mga g**o, PTA Board of Directors, PNP personnel, at libo-libong mag-aaral na gagawin ang lahat ng makakaya upang mapanatiling payapa at ligtas ang buong kampus.

Sa pamamagitan ng panata, nangako ang mga mag-aaral, g**o, PTA Board of Directors, PNP personnel na magiging katuwang ng pamahalaan sa pagpapatupad ng mga polisiya laban sa bullying, karahasan, at iba pang banta sa seguridad sa loob ng paaralan.

Binigyang hudyat ng gawaing ito ang paglulunsad ng National School Safety Week ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon mula Oktubre 12 hanggang 16.

Naungusan ni Saclag ang iba pang mga katunggali sa tulong at gabay ng kaniyang tagapagsanay na si Gng. Jonalyn A. Egalan. Tinustusan din siya ng Tabuk Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) para sa naturang kompetisyon.

Bilang gantimpala sa kanyang pagkapanalo, tumanggap si Saclag ng sertipiko at cash incentive. Bukod dito, nakatakda rin siyang gawaran ng isang espesyal na pagkilala sa gaganaping Regional Cooperative Celebration ngayong darating na Oktubre 22.

“Deserve na deserve niya ang tagumpay na ito. Hindi lang ito bunga ng talino, kundi ng kaniyang sipag, determinasyon, at walang sawang paghahanda. Nakakatuwang isipin na ang aming simpleng paggabay at pagre-review noon ay naging bahagi ng kaniyang paglalakbay tungo sa tagumpay.” saad ni Egalan.

“Saksi kami sa iyong pagsisikap, kaya ang makita kang magtagumpay ay isang napakalaking karangalan at kaligayahan para sa amin. You have once again proven that TCNHS is truly the Home of the Champion. Congratulations! We are so proud of you!”, dagdag pa niya

Dahil sa kanyang tagumpay, opisyal na papasok si Saclag bilang isa sa mga kakatawan sa buong Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) para sa National Level ng patimpalak na gaganapin naman sa Lungsod ng Tagaytay.

Nilahukan ng bawat lalawigan ng rehiyon ang nasabing patimpalak na pinangasiwaan ng Cooperative Development Authority-Cordillera Administrative Region (CDA-CAR).

Tabuk City National High School successfully joined schools nationwide today, September 3, 2026, in conducting the National Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents.
The TCNHS Administration extends its highest gratitude to 1st Kalinga Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st KPMFC), the officers of the Tabuk City Police Station, and our dedicated partners at CDRRM, BFP, and DILG. Today's drill stands as a clear testament to our shared resilience and unyielding commitment to maintaining a secure, protective, and prepared academic sanctuary for the youth of Tabuk City.

TCNHS Prepares for National Simultaneous School Safety Drill

Tabuk City National High School successfully conducted a comprehensive orientation today, September 2, 2026, as a vital preparatory step for the upcoming National Simultaneous School Safety Drill scheduled for September 3, 2026.
The success of today's briefing was made possible through the coordination and joint expertise of key safety and uniformed partners:
SDRRM / IMT Team: Spearheaded internal campus coordination and evacuation mapping.
Philippine National Police (PNP) & SWAT: Provided vital security insights and protocols for human-induced threat responses.
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP): Assisted in reviewing emergency egress and facility safety parameters.
City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRM): Shared local disaster framework synchronization.
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG): Supported community-level public safety alignment.

Moving Forward to tomorrow's simultaneous drill will test the school community's readiness through non-intrusive, structured protocols designed to safeguard both the physical and psychological well-being of everyone on campus. Tabuk City National High School remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining the campus as a secure, peaceful, and nurturing zone of learning.

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃: 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 & 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

Following Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued by the Office of the President, all government offices in Kalinga will implement Alternative Work Arrangements (AWA) on September 1, 2026 due to the anticipated continued heavy rainfall brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Essential agencies, including those providing health, basic, disaster response, and other vital services, will continue operations.

Schools in both the public and private sectors will likewise implement Alternative Learning Modes (ALM) and learning continuity measures.

For the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Kick-off Activities, including the Walk for Health and Opening of the Governor’s Cup, originally set for September 1, are MOVED TO SEPTEMBER 3, 2026.

All concerned local government offices and institutions are advised to ensure the immediate implementation and dissemination of the directive.

A Space to Pause, Play, and Recharge ❤️

School life is not always about lessons, quizzes, and classroom activities. Sometimes, learners simply need a space to pause, breathe, interact, and enjoy their free time.

At the Care Center and Teen Center, learners are welcome to spend their vacant time engaging in recreational activities—a simple “time-off” space where they can relax, connect with fellow learners, and recharge before returning to their classes.

More than just a place to stay during vacant periods, these learner-friendly spaces encourage positive social interaction, meaningful recreation, and moments of connection among students.

Because a caring school environment also means creating spaces where learners feel welcome, supported, and free to simply be themselves. ❤️

Note: The Care Center and Teen Center are designated learner-friendly spaces where students may appropriately spend their vacant time engaging in recreational activities and positive social interaction that support their well-being.

KAAGAPAY: Together, Inspiring Dreams and Building Futures

Every dream begins with inspiration, and our learners continue to discover new possibilities through meaningful experiences and the people who guide them along the way.

As part of the DepEd KAAGAPAY Program, the Homeroom PTA conducted a Room-to-Room Career Trivia and Career Sharing Activity for our Grade 7 learners.

The activity was filled with curiosity, excitement, and active participation as learners listened, asked questions, and explored different career paths through the stories and experiences shared by parents and community members from various professions.

More than learning about future careers, the activity encouraged our learners to dream bigger, discover their potential, and imagine the possibilities ahead of them.

This meaningful initiative reflects the spirit of KAAGAPAY—schools, families, and communities working together to guide, support, and inspire every learner.

Seeing our learners actively engaged, participating with enthusiasm, and confidently exploring their dreams reminds us of the many bright possibilities that lie ahead. Together, we continue to nurture their potential and build brighter futures!

This activity is a School-parent partnership through the Office of the School Head, PTA, Care Center, and Grade 7 Curriculum.

A Statement on Learner Safety and Protection

Recent incidents and discussions on social media concerning bullying have renewed public attention to the importance of learner safety and protection. They remind us that schools, families, and communities must continue working together to prevent bullying and ensure the safety and well-being of every learner.

Our school recognizes and shares these concerns. We understand that conversations about bullying and the experiences shared by members of the community raise important questions about how schools respond to incidents and protect learners.

While we are bound by confidentiality and child protection policies from publicly discussing specific details involving minors, we respectfully clarify that the matter being referred to has since been acted upon, and the learner concerned is no longer enrolled in the school.

Bullying, violence, and any act that may harm or endanger our learners have no place in our school. In line with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, and the school's existing child protection and learner discipline policies, we remain committed to preventing bullying, responding properly to concerns, and protecting the safety and well-being of every learner.

We recognize that ensuring a safe learning environment requires the collective effort of the school, parents, learners, and the wider community. We remain committed to listening, learning, improving, and continuously strengthening our efforts to ensure that concerns involving our learners are addressed with care and responsibility.

The safety, dignity, and well-being of every learner remain at the heart of our responsibility as a school.
