Leadership is not merely defined by the position one holdsโit is reflected in the commitment to uphold responsibilities, foster unity, and lead with purpose.
On June 25, 2026, the officers of the Council of Leaders (COL) convened virtually through the Google Meet platform for an organizational meeting aimed at strengthening leadership, reinforcing accountability, and promoting unity among its officers.
The program formally commenced with an Opening Prayer led by Glaizy Reign Villaro, COL Vice President for Internal Affairs, invoking guidance and wisdom for a productive discussion. This was immediately followed by the singing of the ISAP Hymn and the Philippine National Anthem, setting a solemn and patriotic atmosphere for the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by COL President Francis Paul Jokico, who welcomed the officers and emphasized the significance of the gathering in establishing a strong foundation for the organization's operations and leadership. He encouraged every officer to actively participate in the discussions and uphold the values of responsibility, integrity, and collaboration throughout their term of service.
The primary agenda focused on the thorough discussion of the organization's Constitution and By-Laws, allowing the officers to review and gain a deeper understanding of the governing policies that guide the organization. The session also highlighted the duties and responsibilities of each elected leader, ensuring that every officer clearly understood their respective roles, functions, and accountability in serving the organization effectively.
Furthermore, the meeting addressed the guidelines regarding attendance during meetings, organizational activities, and official functions. These guidelines were presented to reinforce discipline, professionalism, and commitment among the officers while promoting active participation in all organizational endeavors.
The discussions were characterized by open communication, collaborative exchanges of ideas, and a shared commitment to achieving the organization's goals. The meeting served not only as an orientation on policies and responsibilities but also as an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, align leadership objectives, and foster a culture of service and accountability among all officers.
The meeting concluded successfully with the officers expressing their collective commitment to lead with purpose and serve with integrity.
Team, One Vision.
