The Kalinga State University, in partnership with Nakem Conferences and the University of Hawaii, will be hosting the ICOLCH 2022 on November 24-25, 2022 online via Zoom Conference and on-site at Golden Berries Hotel, Tabuk City.

Together, let us welcome researchers and academicians from the Department of Education and the different higher education institutions in and out of the country.
