📌Laboratory turning hypothesis to theories, BS Biology students learn about the equipment/s and apparatuses present in the Microbiology Laboratory and Food and Analytical Laboratory as requested by their Instructor-in-Charge Sir Aris Pascual. The University Laboratory Technician, Miss Melanie Manuel discussed the opportunities for hands-on laboratory experience in using the equipment, understanding the protocols, safety measures, and procedures involved in the Shared-Service Facility.

📌Look laboratory staff conducted an orientation for BS Biology students who will be using laboratory room in order to secure their safety, familiarise them with the equipment/s and processes, and foster an effective learning environment. Discussed is the laboratory standard operating procedures and guidelines, including respecting the workspaces of others, cleaning up after experiments, and disposing of waste properly.

The concluded training inspired the faculty of the different participating schools to try and establish a Science organization of the educators in Kalinga.

The faculty of Kalinga State University takes charge of the Day 2 of the Training, discussing the SOPs of the Laboratory, the different Rules and Regulations governing it as well as the Preventive Maintenance Plan developed.
