From Scratch, Step by Step: Building Discipline Through Drill

From standing at attention to marching in formation, the CSLLFI ROTC Cadets are slowly learning the fundamentals of Cadet Drill Training, one command, one movement, and one correction at a time.

Drill is more than synchronized movements. It teaches discipline, focus, teamwork, respect, confidence, and attention to detail.

It trains cadets to listen, respond, move as one, and understand that excellence is built through patience and consistent practice.

They may still be learning. They may still make mistakes. And that is exactly where growth begins.

From scratch, they are learning.

From repetition, they are improving.

Through discipline, they are becoming leaders.

𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟲 𝗡𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗡𝗟𝗘 🩺😉

Six nursing schools stood out in the February 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination, led by National University–Manila and Mary Chiles College, which both achieved perfect 100% passing rates.

The ranking was compiled by combining the two PRC categories for top-performing schools: those with 100 or more examinees and those with 50 to 99 examinees. The qualified schools were then arranged according to their official passing rates. Since NU–Manila and Mary Chiles College tied for first place, the next school was ranked third.

Overall, 3,611 of 8,162 examinees passed the examination, equivalent to a 44.24% nationwide passing rate.

This is a consolidated ranking based on PRC-published figures, not a separate official overall Top 6 issued by the Commission. It reflects school performance in the February 2026 NLE only.
