Rohan Petiluna a courageous 3rd year student at Samar State University pursuing Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Rohan has been battling severe anemia, kidney problem, and lupus. His situation has taken a toll on his physical and emotional well-being; the mounting medical expenses have become an overwhelming burden for him and his family.
