Trapped in a life that's not my own,
I search for keys to unlock my soul.
Drowned in responsibilities, I strain,
Longing to break free from this endless pain.

Tired eyes, weary heart, and fading light,
I question paths that led me to this night.
The fire within, now simmering low,
Yearns to reignite, to let my spirit glow.

In mirrored halls of reflection, I roam,
Seeking the dreams I once called home.
A voice whispers, "Awaken, arise!"
But shackles of doubt hold me in compromise.

Still, I hold on to hope's fragile thread,
And envision skies where my heart can spread.
Perhaps tomorrow's dawn will bring release,
And guide me back to life's intended peace.
