Guided by the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀 (𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗫, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 7.3 – 7.5), which mandates the SSLG Protocol Officer to act as Chief Sergeants-at-Arms of subordinate organizations and lead the Learners’ Welfare Committee, the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 successfully conducted a vital Coordinating Meeting on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 14, 2026, 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹. 📅🤝

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Assistant Principal, 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗘. 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, for her valuable time, guidance, and support during today's meeting. 💓 Her presence and continuous encouragement greatly inspire our student to uphold peace, discipline, and order across the campus.

The SSLG Protocol Officer is mandated to act as Chief Sergeants-At-Arms of subordinate organizations and classes, serve as the chairperson of the Learners' Welfare Committee, and perform other duties assigned by the majority of the SELG/SSLG officers (SSLG Constitution & By-Laws, Article X, Sec 7.3 – 7.5). Thus, the Protocol Officer was designated as Head of the SSLG Protocol Committee to fulfill these functions.

To implement the project and activities on campus peace and order, the Protocol Committee, headed by Jan Owen B. Almonte (SSLG Protocol Officer/Head Protocol Committee), will be having a coordinating meeting:

The 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚) operates as the highest student governing body in the school, founded on the principles of good governance, transparency, and student empowerment. Led by the executive officers—the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗜𝗢), 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 — the officers manage student affairs, enforce constitutional provisions, and lead designated functional committees in coordination with class organizations and student clubs through the Coordinating Council.

1. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 📣🖼𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Disseminate and promote the thrusts, objectives, and mandated, recommended, and initiated Programs, Projects, and Activities of the SSLG.

𝙄𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Build and maintain a credible image for the SSLG while spearheading the promotion of DepEd Core Values (Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa).

𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙨: Publish activities, accomplishment reports, and updates through the SSLG Bulletin Boarda and social media platforms.

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥: The Public Information Officer will serve as the Chairperson of the Promotions Committee and chair the External Affairs Committee under the Coordinating Council, taking charge of partnerships, and publicity.

2. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 📝💫
𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜: Maintain accurate minutes and systematically document proceedings during every SSLG meeting.

𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨: Prepare and provide full documentation and reports for every implemented project to be submitted to the School Head.

𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨: Prepare and issue all official notices of SSLG meetings and oversee overall filing and record-keeping operations.

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥: The Secretary serves directly as the Chairperson of the Secretariat Committee.

3. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 💰✨
𝘽𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Prepare the annual budget of the SSLG, manage funds, and prepare regular financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

𝘼𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: The Auditor verifies the legitimacy of fund disbursements, certifies the correctness of financial reports, audits expenditures, and assists the Treasurer in preparing financial statements.

𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨: All fund disbursements require a signed SSLG resolution noted by the Adviser and approved by the School Head. Disbursements must be signed by both the President and the Treasurer and supported by official or acknowledgement receipts.

𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Post a monthly signed receipt/collection report on the bulletin board/folder, publish audited monthly financial reports, and liquidate expenses at the end of every activity before subsequent disbursements are authorized. Submit a bi-annual financial report to the School Head.

𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: Donations may be accepted provided they do not compromise organizational integrity. Fundraising activities require a project proposal approved by the School Head.

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥: The Treasurer as the Chairperson and the Auditor as Co-Chairperson. It is also integrated into the Internal Affairs Committee chaired by the Vice-President.

4. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 🤝💓
𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙪𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧: Assist the presiding officer in enforcing proper decorum during meetings and assist in maintaining peace and order within school premises when necessary.

𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚: Chair the Rules and Constitution Committee to guarantee compliance with the SSLG Constitution and By-Laws and all active DepEd issuances.

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥: The Protocol Officer serves as the Chairperson of the Learners' Welfare Committee and the Rules and Constitution Committee.

𝓟𝓐𝓖𝓢𝓘𝓑𝓞𝓛 2026: 𝓡𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓣𝓱𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓐𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷, 𝓛𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓦𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓥𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 💡🗣️

True leadership begins with a clear vision and is strengthened through meaningful action. As student leaders, every opportunity to learn, collaborate, and serve paves the way for creating a positive impact within our school and community.

From 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 1–2, 2026 📅 the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) proudly participated in the 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐎𝐋 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 held at The Blu Hotel, Tabaco City📍embracing this year's theme, "𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣." 🌱Representing our school were Candyce Giamarra, SSLG Vice President, Mariah Jullianne Caampued, Grade 11 Representative, and Chris Jairus Alejandro, Grade 11 Representative.

Through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and meaningful exchanges with fellow youth leaders, our delegates gained valuable insights that will further strengthen their commitment to servant leadership and community involvement.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, hamon sa atin na huwag hayaang malunod sa limot ang sariling atin. Pagyamanin natin. Pahalagahan natin. Ipaglaban natin. Sapagkat ang bansang marunong magmahal ng sariling wika, ay bansang hindi kailanman magpapaalipin.

Wika natin ang dangal. Wika natin ang kalayaan. Wika natin ang kinabukasan.
