(Legazpi City, September 29, 2026) Isinagawa ngayong araw ang final judging para sa ‘Baynte Kwatrong Bituun kan Albay’ na pinangunahan ng Provincial Education Department (PED).

Ang nasabing kompetisyon para sa Outstanding Teachers at Child Development Workers ng Albay ay parte ng Albay Kadunong Awards 2026.

Layunin nitong kilalanin ang mga natatanging g**o at Child Development Workers (CDWs) na nagpakita ng professional competence, galing sa pamamahala o leadership, at matibay na community engagement, na makatutulong sa pagpapaunlad ng learner outcomes, school readiness, at education goals.

Ayon kay Provincial Education Department Head Dr. Jeremy A. Cruz, layunin ng nasabing Search na kilalanin ang 18 Outstanding Teachers mula sa 18 local government units, at anim na Child Development Workers mula sa tatlong distrito ng lalawigan.

Binuksan ang nasabing kompetisyon para sa mga g**o sa Basic Education sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Albay, at mga Child Development Workers, na nakapagsilbi ng hindi baba sa 10 taon.

Ang mga tatanghaling panalo sa patimpalak ay mag-uuwi ng Php 100,000.00 (bawat isa) para sa Teacher category, at Php 50,000.00 naman para sa Child Development Workers category.

Bukod sa nasabing halaga, mag-uuwi rin ng medallion, plaque, certificate, at iba pang forms of recognition ang mga mananalo sa gaganaping Awarding Ceremony sa ika-19 ng Oktubre, 2026.
