Children International Bicol, Inc. is looking for the most qualified applicant to be part of our WINNING TEAM.
Vacant Position: FACILITIES, MAINTENANCE and LOGISTICS SUPPORT OFFICER (Center Based)
Nature of Employment: Project Based
Salary Range: Php 20,000.00 - Php 25,000.00
A. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/SCOPE
• Plan and facilitate all economic assistance programs, Gifts In Kind (GIK), volunteer motivation and other Center activities directly in the communities or through the community center and according to the Agency’s programmatic plan.
• In-charge of preparation and submission of requirements for accreditation, licenses and clearances to the following government agencies and organizations: DSWD, LGU, Barangay, OCD- Burue of Fire Protection and Civil Society Organizations.
• Act as custodian of petty cash and responsible for the disbursement and replenishment, and ensure that supporting documents are accurate and complete.
• Ensure that all equipment or facilities for repair and replacement are timely reported and coordinated with Center Coordinator and Purchasing Department as needed.
• Ensure proper budget requisition and liquidation and prepare activity requirements (e.g., logistics, venue, etc.), including making the necessary coordination with Agency departments and community stakeholders.
• Strictly observe confidentiality and strong ethics with respect to all beneficiary information/data.
• Comply with and ensure adherence to the agency’s policies, safety and security protocols and child safeguarding norms and guidelines by self as well all stakeholders both internal and external.
• Promote diversity and inclusion, value other cultures, and demonstrate respect while relating with all organizational constituents irrespective of their race, color, faiths, gender, sexual orientation, age, caste, disabilities, experiences, beliefs and ethnicity.
B. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS
• University studies in Education, Health Sciences, Social Work, Community Development, Office/Public Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
• 3 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred and/or volunteer experience implementing programs for children, youth and families.
• Experienced and versed in work and budget planning.
• Experienced in multitasking, in implementing end to end processes and/or complex activities/events, programs for children, youth and families.
• Experienced and well versed in data tracking, review, and record management
• Experienced in coordination with partner local government units, schools and community organizations for resource complementation/supplementation.
• Experienced in working with and leading a team of volunteers and other community stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in logistics support and simple facility and infrastructure management.
• With good computer skills specifically MS Office as well as familiarity with inter/intranet, Google Drive, etc., as well as other online reporting and database systems.
• Experienced and well versed in digital learning platforms as well as conducting/facilitating in-person and/or virtual capacity building workshops and training sessions
• Good verbal and written communication as well as documentation and reporting skills in English
