Su***de is sometimes a way for people to scape pain or suffering. When someone ends their own life, we say that they "died by su***de", a "su***de attempt" means that someone tried to end their life, but did not die. Still, it is never an option, there is always a light you can try to follow. According to Desmond Tutu, hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness. We just need someone who can hear us, someone who can listen to our rants and problems in order to proceed and go on with our lives. Talk to your friends, your families and yourselves, ask them if they're okay, ask yourself if you're okay. If not, try to talk to them and listen without trying to hurt their feelings. Everyone is precious, so are you! Let's not waste our lives, go on and you can see the light through it, how matter big or small that light is!
