On ๐ญ๐ฏ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, the ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ๐น ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ (๐๐ป๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐) ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ผ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐
Unit continued its training program with its fourth training day. At ๐ฌ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐, the cadets assembled at the field for marching and a formation parade, which focused on proper alignment, coordination, discipline, and following commands. These activities helped enhance the cadetsโ physical readiness, teamwork, discipline, and ability to execute movements in an organized manner.
At ๐ฌ๐ต๐ฏ๐ฌ๐, the cadets proceeded to the gymnasium for a lecture on ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ, led by ๐ฆ๐ด๐. ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ The discussion focused on the role of a follower, the importance of effective followership, and the qualities of effective followers. The cadets learned about self-management, commitment to the organization and its purpose, developing competence, focusing efforts for maximum impact, and being courageous, honest, and credible. The lecture emphasized that effective followership plays an important role in supporting leadership, achieving organizational goals, and maintaining teamwork and discipline.
The cadets actively participated in the lecture by listening attentively and engaging in the discussion, allowing them to gain a better understanding of effective followership and the qualities of a good follower. The fourth training day provided another valuable experience in shaping cadets who are not only physically prepared but also responsible, disciplined, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
