Paano makapagtrabaho as EPS sa South Korea?
🔸COMPLETE INFORMATION 🔸
▪️Qualifications & Requirements:
📌 May valid passport( 1years validity)
📌 May E-reg account (DMW website)
📌 18 to 38 years old ang age limit
📌 walang education attainment is okey ✔️
📌 Walang crminal record or hold departure order
📌 walang TB history, walang HEPA , no AIDS/HIV, no color blindness
▪️Institution pwedeng mag-aplay:
✅ Tanging DMW/POEA lamang ang tanging institution pwede mag process ng application for EPS.
✅ Ito ay government to government hiring system at walang involve na agency.
✅ Only DMW through GPB- Goverment Placement Branch ang tatanggap ng mga papel at dökumento ng mga applicants for South Korea.
✅ Ito ay sa pakikipag coordinate ng Korea EPS Center for Philippines (HRDK)
▪️Proseso:
💢 kailangan successful nasa final list ang name sa registration
💢 Kailangan ipasa ang exam, skill test, competency test (if required)
💢kailangan maipasa ang medical (fit to work result)
💢kailangan ipasa ang color blindness test-Ishihara test.
💢after makapasa at nakapag submit sa DMW ng mga requirements , gumawa ng EPS account
💢 mag-antay ng Approval from HRD para kasama ang application sa job roster at subject for selection.
💢 Ang application sa Job Roster ay valid for one(1) year at entitled for renewal for another one(1) year.
▪️Schedule of Exam:
❗️para sa mga first timer, regular Klt Topik EPS exam ay ginagawa 2-3 beses sa isang taon ( pero case to case basis) depende sa kakulangan ng mga applicants sa job roster
❗️ for Exkorea, 1 time in one Year ( case to case basis) depende sa kakulangan ng applicants sa job roster
❗️ Ang method of exam ay under CBT-Computer Base Test (no PBT anymore)
▪️Selection Process:
📍 ang selection ay ginagawa 4 na beses sa isang taon (quarterly)
➡️Month of March
➡️Month of July
➡️Month of october
➡️Month of December
📍 massive selection have schedule
👉 Application period of employers
👉 Result of application (Hired workers)
👉 Issuance of EPI (employment permit issued) or 고용허가서
✅ note : nagkakaroon minsan ng changes depende sa allocation plan ng HRD/MOEL
▪️HIRED Procedures
☑️ Once may EPI, it means may company or Employer ka na.
☑️ Wait na magkaroon ng Contract Forwarded at signed the contract to be submit sa DMW
☑️ Wait for the CCVI, employer will apply your ccvi and forward to HRD
☑️ Maghintay ng KLC Refreshing Training mula sa DMW
☑️ Önce may CCVI, Application of visa through DMW na iaplay sa Korean embassy.
☑️ Another phase of medical kapag may TED (tentative entry date)
☑️ Kapag okey na lahat, scheduled of PDOS through oblne or Pre Flight Briefing
▪️Deployment
📌 maglalabas ang DMW ng schedule of flight
📌 magreport sa DMW para sa final documentation at processing sa araw ng flight
👉 bigayan ng Itinerary Ticket, legendary Blue Jacket , name tag atbp
📌 proceed to Airport for flight ✈️✈️
