NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS IN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS, 19 August 2026 (Wednesday)

In view of the weather conditions brought about by Typhoon Neneng and the Southwest Monsoon, all face-to-face classes in public and private schools, at all levels, in the Municipality of Taal are hereby suspended on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.

The conduct of classes through asynchronous, modular, or other appropriate learning modalities, if any, shall be at the discretion of the respective schools, in accordance with existing DepEd guidelines.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

The conduct of classes through asynchronous, modular, or other appropriate learning modalities, if any, shall be at the discretion of the respective schools, in accordance with existing DepEd guidelines.

The conduct of classes through asynchronous, modular, or other appropriate learning modalities, if any, shall be at the discretion of the respective schools, in accordance with existing DepEd guidelines.

Handa na ba kayong makilala ang mga bagong mukha ng husay, dangal, at inspirasyon? Kilalanin ang mga opisyal na Mr. at Ms. Intramurals 2026 Candidates ng Taal Senior High School sa giting, sportsmanship, at diwa ng palakasan.

Sa temang "Lakas, Diwa, at Pagkakaisa: Palakasan para sa Malusog at Ligtas na Kinabukasan ng Batangenyong Kabataan," ipagdiwang natin ang lakas ng loob, determinasyon, at pagkakaisang nagbibigay-buhay sa bawat TaSeHian at naghahanda sa kanila para sa mas matitinding hamon sa loob ng palaruan.

Ngayong Agosto 15 at 16, 2026, sabay-sabay nating sindihan ang sigla ng TSHS Intramurals 2026, lumaban nang may puso, suportahan ang bawat koponan, at ipamalas ang tunay na diwa ng pagiging kampeon sa bawat laro!
