𝐁𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐒: 𝐀 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑'𝐒 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄

This is the daily reality on the way to Datal Calon Elementary School. Landslides frequently block the road, forcing teachers to conduct clearing and clean-up just to reach the school and teach their learners.

The landslides also disrupt access to safe drinking water, nearby bridge collapsed and flooding making it even more difficult for both teachers and learners to meet their daily needs. Despite these difficult conditions, they continue to serve with unwavering dedication and resilience.

We respectfully call for immediate road clearing, regular road maintenance, and prompt restoration of access to safe drinking water to ensure the safety, health, and accessibility of everyone traveling to and from the school. Every child deserves access to quality education, and every teacher deserves a safe journey and reliable access to clean drinking water.
