Good news! The Department of Education has officially filed its 2026 Certificate of Compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Authority.

Look | PTA officers and Stakeholders Detached the Ceilings in kindergarten to Grade Three for Renovation.

After the visit of the Municipal and provincial engineers, they suggested that ceilings be removed for renovations in kinder to grade three classrooms.
With this , the PTA officers and stakeholders detached the ceilings in kindergarten to Grade Three in order to ensure the safety of the teachers and learners, it is nevertheless advised that the said classrooms be left unoccupied until complete renovations are undergone.

Moreover the said "bayanihan" or "food for work" was initiated by Municipal councilor/Comittee on Education Honorable Kirk T. Tuan in collaboration with MDRRM of the municipality Municipal Government of Tboli.

Look | RAPID COLLAPSE OF CEILING IN THE CLASSROOM CAUSED BY LOOSE RIVETS AND INSUFFICIENT SUPPORT OF CEILING JOIST.

On March 16, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the ceiling of the grade 2 classroom at Kesegmung Integrated School unexpectedly collapsed due to loose rivets and insufficient ceiling joist. As the result of this occurence, five (5) more classrooms are under monitoring to ensure the safety of the teachers' and students.
