𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗩𝗔𝗦 - 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Rivers are more than waterways. They are living systems that connect landscapes, sustain biodiversity, provide freshwater, and support communities from their headwaters to the sea. 🌿🐟

Yet these lifelines face growing pressure from pollution, waste, habitat degradation, and unsustainable human activity. What enters a river does not simply disappear—it moves downstream, affecting ecosystems and communities along the way. 🌊

This World Rivers Day, let’s turn appreciation into responsibility:
💧 Keep waterways clean.
♻️ Reduce and properly manage waste.
🌱 Protect riverbanks and surrounding habitats.
🚯 Never treat rivers as dumping grounds.
Because protecting a river means protecting everything connected to it.

September 26, 2026 — Brgy. Sinolon, T’boli, South Cotabato

Rooting for peace, one tree at a time. 🌱🕊️

The Environment Stewards Organization - Batang Bantay Toxics (ESO-BB) and PEACE Club spearheaded “Trees of Peace,” a tree-planting activity held on September 26, 2026, at Brgy. Sinolon, T’boli, South Cotabato, in celebration of National Peace Consciousness Month 2026. Bringing together 340 participants, the activity united students, organizations, clubs, and community partners in promoting peace, environmental stewardship, and collective responsibility.

In partnership with Barangay Sinolon, Sinolon Elementary School, PEACH Club, and with the participation of various school organizations and clubs, the activity turned a simple act of planting into a meaningful expression of unity and peace. 🤝🌿

🌱 TREES OF PEACE PLANTED:
• Dao
• Nabol
• Mahogany
• Kawayan
• Yakal
• Niyog

Joining the movement were the Science Club, DRR Club, TLE, YES-O, SWM, TALA, YS Guild, RCY, ARPAN, English Club, GAD, VALED, TVL, CPC, Filipino Club, and SSLG.

More than putting seedlings into the soil, Trees of Peace reminds us that meaningful change starts with collective action. Every seedling planted represents a shared commitment to nurture our environment and cultivate a community where peace, cooperation, and care can grow. 🌱💚

This Wednesday, September 23, 2026, after class, the Environment Stewards Organization (ESO) carried out its weekly Project GlowUp by simply doing one thing that makes a big difference: picking up litter around the school grounds. 🌱

A piece of trash may seem small, but every piece picked up helps keep our campus cleaner and greener. 💚

Because sometimes, all it takes is a little effort to make a big GlowUp! ✨
