𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘, 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐇✨

A new academic journey begins with understanding the university, its people, policies, services, and opportunities. The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the SNSU Gymnasium, brought students together for an informative and meaningful orientation designed to help every SNSUan navigate university life with greater awareness and confidence.

The program formally began with an Invocation led by the 𝗦𝗡𝗦𝗨 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲, followed by the Opening Remarks of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗘. 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀, who welcomed the students and emphasized the importance of being informed and engaged members of the university community.

The gathering was further inspired by the Inspiring Message of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗔. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, reminding students to embrace their responsibilities, opportunities, and experiences as SNSUans.
Adding energy and pride to the celebration was the 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗼 by the 𝗦𝗡𝗦𝗨 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗲𝗱, setting the tone for a vibrant and engaging university orientation.

The program featured insightful discussions from university offices and resource persons who shared essential information on student life, academic policies, support services, campus safety, and personal development:

From knowing our rights and responsibilities to discovering the services and opportunities available within the university, the orientation reminds us that being an SNSUan is more than attending classes—it is knowing, participating, and becoming part of a responsible academic community.

𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗦𝗡𝗦𝗨) officially opened Academic Year 2026–2027 through “𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗱 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮", bringing students, faculty, staff, and administrators together in a vibrant welcome celebration at the Main Campus.

The opening program featured the 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝘆𝗺𝗻, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲, setting an energetic tone for the new academic year.

Together, these activities marked a meaningful beginning—welcoming a new academic year while strengthening student participation, transparency, unity, and leadership across the SNSU community.
