Pursuant to 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙉𝙤. 621, 𝙨. 2025, Mr. Sison actively participated in the 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙆𝙞𝙘𝙠-𝙊𝙛𝙛 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣’𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨’ 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 2025 on 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 17, 2025, at Agusan National High School.

𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐂) involves abusing or coercing minors through digital means—such as grooming, livestreamed exploitation, and the online spread of abusive content—while 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 (𝐂𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐌) are images or videos that document this abuse; both are grave threats that violate a child’s dignity, spread quickly online, and cause long-term psychological and emotional harm—making it crucial for communities, institutions, and families to stay informed, vigilant, and proactive.
